There is some real betting on the chance of a preemptive strike to weaken Iran.
Word has it that this administration is blaming Iran for its failure in Iraq (arrogance needs someone to blame) and some would dearly like to retard Iran’s nuclear ambitions!
Betting activity is often a good indicator as to likely outcomes, but what do I think is the true chance?
I would estimate about two chances in six or 33%; just enough to make me lament the prospect of more war.
