Brisconnections is a prime example of how risk gets distributed

Brisconnections is a prime example of how risk gets distributed. Sometimes all the way down to a SUB PRIME level.

For your interest you can view/download a copy of the original prospectus.

  • The $3 Issue Price per Stapled Unit was payable in Installments.
  • The Initial Installment of $1.00 per Stapled Unit was paid on application for Stapled Units.
  • The Second Installment of $1.00 per Stapled Unit is payable 9 months after Allotment Date (PAYABLE NOW).
  • The Final Installment of $1.00 per Stapled Unit will be payable 18 months after Allotment Date (PAYABLE 9 months from NOW).

Currently there is no market for these units, as the Second $1 Installment is now due.

Stoner is most unhappy with all parties involved and that includes the ASX.

As this is now all over the papers, for a host of reasons, it can only damage Australia’s reputation.

It would be nice if we could sort this mess out quickly; maybe by going to arbitration.
