a puzzle for your phone & browser

Pyramid Head is a time proven puzzle that often goes by the name ‘Towers of Hanoi’ (see Wikipedia). Notice that the Maths is related to the Sierpinski and Pascal’s Triangles.

The philosopher’s stone is triangular at the top and square at the base; the hierarchy (above, below) nature of the pyramid is the natural form of balance.

The objective of the puzzle is to move the entire pyramid to another rod, obeying the following rules:

  • Only one number (LvL) may be moved at a time.
  • Each move consists of taking the upper number from one of the rods and moving it to another rod.
  • No number may be placed on top of a smaller number, should it be there already.

Pyramid Head is made to be an ‘iPhone like device’ and all platform (net browser) friendly.

The [ + ] button is LvL 3 to 8. All ages can play.

Solution

  1. Move the one [ 1 ] in a circular motion.
  2. Follow each move (of the one) by the only possible legal move.
